Syncpdc Is Failing after Installing PDC 11.2.0.1.0 (Doc ID 2628695.1)

Symptoms

User is getting below error in syncPDC log while running syncpdc in fresh PDC (Pricing Design Center)  11.2 Patch Set 1 installation.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Created a tablespace for PDC, pdc and xref user and provided all the access to it.
2. Installed PDC and BRM (Billing and Revenue Management) integration pack using 11.2.0.1.0 package pdcserver-11.2.0.1.0_generic.jar.
3. Ran the post installation steps.
4. Ran startSyncPDC.
