Patient/Parent Medical History Records Lost After Accepting FU E2B R2 (Doc ID 2628822.1)

Symptoms

Observed data discrepancy i.e. loss of data and incorrect data in Patient and Parent tab after accepting Follow-up E2B R2 with patient and parent medical history data.

However, the data was imported properly during the initial import of the same E2B.

Steps to reproduce the issue -

1. Import an Initial E2B R2 XML with 3 patient and 3 parent records.
2. Accept the file and case created with 3 patient and 3 parent history records.
3. Import an FU with an additional record for both patient and parent.
4. After accepting there are only 2 patient history records and 5 parent records, whereas it should be 4 patient and 4 parent history record.
