Symptoms

Day of Month (DOM) change during the delayed billing period is leading to incorrect bill cycles in parent and non-paying child due to which some items in the child account always remain in "PENDING" state even after billing.

Changes

 There are no changes in the environment, product, account or hardware that could trigger the problem.
