SIM Managed Server Overload due to VALIDATION_ERROR (Doc ID 2628886.1)

Symptoms

The manged server getting overloaded (Status Warning in weblogic) and the following errors are observed in logs:


Steps to reproduce:

  1. Have ~700 stores total on SIM server.
  2. Observe managed server is getting overloaded
  3. Observe server log rotation is increased (can get to up to 1GB in 5-10 minutes).
