Conditional Branching Causing Text/Prompts to Overlap Following Upgrade To OC/RDC 5.2 (Doc ID 2629168.1)

After upgrading to OC/RDC 5.2 following issue was observed with a page that uses conditional branching specifically text/prompts do not shift properly on the page.

Issue occurs when the questions from within the conditional branch appear, these overlap with text/prompts for other question, see specific example below:

Example:

Question: “Does Event Meet the Definition of Serious (SAE)?” has a conditional branch, which reveals additional questions when value YES is selected.

For question: “Additional details of Adverse Event Including Relevant Tests/Lab Data, Treatment Given or Other Action Taken (if applicable):” when 'YES' response value is selected, this field does not shift properly and when the questions from within the conditional branch appear, these overlap the last question. (see Figure #2).

Workaround: Close and re-open the CRF page does fix the issue.

Changes

 Upgraded environment from OC/RDC 4.6.6 to OC/RDC 5.2. This issue was not present prior to the upgrade.
