Symptoms
When attempting to open a CIOMS-I form from any case
- Draft Icon
- Select CIOMS-I
- CIOMS-I form cannot be opened with the following error:
- Additionally, when attempting to open a PDFf file from the case i.e.
- Case Form
- Additional Information
- Notes and Attachments, the file cannot be opened with the same error (per above)
