Training Simulator Environment Locking up with Stuck Threads (Doc ID 2629501.1)

Symptoms

Your training simulator environment is locking up each time you restart it, with multiple stuck threads.
You have already restarted the entire system multiple times. The managed server had a red X and said 'overloaded'.


Once you restart everything, when you open the viewer and click on a search, suddenly everything hangs. Eventually you see some errors popup on the screen and by this time everything is locked.
You turned off your model build to see if that's the issue, restarted the system and it's locked up again.
