DMW 2.4.8 new installation (integrated with TMS 5.2.2):
WHODrug B3 dictionary => it is possible to pass an 'Indication Value' which can be used to derive a specific 'High Level Term' (as opposed to having a Primary Link defined).
Above was realized after setting up the TMS Set in DMW. Therefore the Target CONMED table in the Target Data Model was changed so that the PRIM_INDICATION table column (which gets populated with the Indication Value / comes from the InForm Source Data Model) is mapped in the TMS Set to an 'Indicator' Column type e.g.
The Transformation is executed in the Production Lifecycle.
However the Indication Value appears OK in the CONMED table listing but the value in not sent to TMS (e.g. Indication Value is null in the 'Classify Indication Omissions' screen):
The following was also observed:
- for terms that coded : TMS_SOURCE_TERMS.INDICATION_UPPER column value was NULL for the source term.
- for terms that did not code : TMS_VT_OMISSIONS.INDICATION_UPPER column value was NULL for the source term.
- there are no records in the 'DME_TMS_SOURCE_MAPPING_CHILD' table (it is empty).
TMS Indication setup was added later.
