On : 11.3.0.9.0 version, Rated request persistence laye

On  production environment there is a high number of Invalid Rated Events accumulated in NoSQL, how to reprocess these invalid rated events?

kv-> aggregate kv -count -key /1/Invalid
Row count: 20194

Example:
