MSS 6.2.1 Network Template

After saving the network template, the properties of the connection spec are overlaid with an erroneous General Propery of "Use Optional Label." This property was not selected, but when the property window is displayed after the save, the "Use Optional Label" checkbox is selected.
This appears once, if it is removed again and saved then it does not appear.
