Case Revison History Showing 149 Revisions But Case Audit Details Only Shows 112 Revisions (Doc ID 2630238.1)

Goal

Customer has one affected case, where:

Open case > Case Actions > Case Revisions, expand Revision History
it shows up to revision 149 (latest has today's date)

but if double click on 'Revision History' it brings up the Audit Log Details,
and only shows revision up to 112 (20-OCT-2017 04:34)

Why the difference between Revision history showing 149 vs. Audit log details showing 112 ?

-This case is associated with a STUDY PRODUCT but its Event Assessment does NOT correctly reflect the new data (ie: does NOT show Datasheet associated with this product).

-if a copy of case is made, and add/remove this same product, later its Event Assessment does NOT correctly reflect the new data

-if a new case is created per book-in and same product is add/remove, its Event Assessment DOES correctly reflect the new data
