How to create TDMchannel when CustomTerminationPoint is already created
1. Create an OTU4 connectivity.
2. Go to Capacity tab and observe an ODU4 customtermination point will be created under OTU4 trailtermination point.
Requirement is to create ODU4 channel under the above connectivity. As ODU4 is already created then Express Configuration and save connectivity will create ODU4 TDM channel from GUI. How to achieve this using UIM API.
