Channel Stops Dequeuing Messages Due To SMTP_POOL And Job_limit Limitations (Doc ID 2631098.1)

Symptoms

A defined channel stops dequeuing messages.

The following channel is defined for outbound mail to domains that require a TLS connection:


The problem occurs occasionally and is not reproducible on demand.

Evidence of the queues building up was observed by performing "imsimta_qm_sum":

Changes

The following changes were performed prior to the issue occurring:

1. More domains were added to the list of domains that require TLS.
2. Messaging Server was upgraded to version 8.0.2.4.20190812.
