File Manager Connection Shows Failed Status In The File Manager Configuration Page

Information in this document applies to any platform.
After configuring & enabling SAML authentication, and restarting services, the File Manager Configuration displays one of the "File Manager Connection" settings is in a Failed status.
Users are able login with SAML authentication to the Agile web client and downloading attachments. All file operations work as expected.
