Symptoms

When attempting to upgrade the Oracle database via dbsetup.bat,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Cannot insert NULL into ADMUSER.ATTR_MASTER.ATTR_ID


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Run dbsetup.bat
  2. Select upgrade Oracle database
  3. Enter in all database details
  4. Upgrade process starts but fails with error
