Oracle Clinical application 'Hangs' / appears to be 'Running Slow' and then the ' FRM-92102' error is displayed. (Doc ID 2632250.1)

Symptoms

i.
4.6.6 release: Oracle Clinical /RDC Onsite applications hang/appears to be running slow for all users at the same time.

ii.
Once the slowness surfaces then end users see the below error:

FRM-92102: A network error has occurred.
The forms client has attempted to reestablish its
connection to the Server 1 time(s) without success.
Please check the network connection and try again later.


iii.
Users log back into Oracle Clinical / RDC Onsite and can carry on as normal until the slowness surfaces again.

iv.
Implementing networkRetries functionality does not resolve above issue.

Changes

Increased user load / more activity on system.
