Invalid request / Error while processing request Error Mapping User Group to Domain (Doc ID 2632301.1)

Symptoms

On OFSAA 8.0.6, when attempting to map a user group (UG) to a domain in User Group Domain map, the following error occurs:

Invalid request / Error while processing request
Please contact your System Administrator for assistance.


The following errors are found in the Weblogic log file:

org.owasp.esapi.errors.ValidationException: ValidationFramework: Invalid input. Please conform to regex [A-Za-z0-9_\- ]+[A-Za-z0-9_\- ,]*[A-Za-z0-9_\- ]+ with a maximum length of 295

The issue occurs for all user groups. The length of the segments in the input list from the error is 296.

The same error does not occur for any new users.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate Security Management -> User Administrator -> User Group Domain Map
2. Select any user group
