On : 2.7.0.1.0 version, BI - Billing

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Pricing update after bill cancellation is not working.


Unable to edit the pricing even if the bill is cancelled.  Found that we are unable to edit because price assignment is linked to billable charge and this is not what we are expecting. We thought it has dependency on bill segment.


Can you please confirm what can be done and exactly why are we not able to correct the pricing when the linked bill is cancelled?

Expect to correct the pricing when the linked bill is cancelled.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Generate the bill.
2. Cancel the bill.
3. Try to change the pricing of the charged product.
4. Click on submit, and an error message occurs.
