Unable To Login To OCA After Changing To DefaultAuthenticator From The Active Directory Authenticator (Doc ID 2632961.1)

Symptoms

The WebLogic was integrated with Active Directory ( AD ) domain for user authentication, but later on we have removed the AD association with WebLogic, so now WebLogic suppose to authenticate locally. But we now facing issue. 

When launching OCA, it asks to change the password and it fails to change and I cannot login; the password has been set in the WebLogic console under the Security Realms.

Following OCA pop-up message appeared:
