RDC : Converting CRF to PDF using Virtual Printer is not displaying all the data (Doc ID 2633229.1)

Issue:

After printing a CRF page using a Virtual Printer ( Example: Microsoft Print to PDF ) , the PDF file does not display all the data entered and question names which are displayed in the RDC Data Entry window.

Example empty fields from PDF file created from page 2 , where in RDC Data Entry window it displays the questions and data entered:

Steps:

1. Login to RDC
2. Open the CRF
3. Press CTRL+P
4. Select the virtual printer which in this case is ' Microsoft Print to PDF ' :

5. Save locally
6. When opening the PDF file , some data entries from page no.2 are not showing the data entered and questions names.
    Info: this could occur for other pages too.
