Symptoms

The gallery on the MCP does not see all files when All Files selected.

When using the Hybrid MCP and trying to attach non image documents, the gallery attachment does not show any document that is not a png, jpg or jpeg.
This requires the user to put in the file name after in the folder or enter the full file name with path.
