Symptoms

On Unifier : Version 18.8.14

When triggering a Print Preview in PDF format from a Business Process (BP) record:

ERROR

Failed to load PDF document

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to the applicable workspace and open a BP record
  2. Click on 'Print Preview' and select PDF format
  3. Note the error

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot download PDF for the BP record.
