Last updated on FEBRUARY 04, 2020

Applies to:

Oracle Health Insurance Claims Adjudication - Version 3.19.2.0.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On : 3.19.2.0.1 version, User Interface

A user with same level of access gets a completely different view when logged into JET UI for OHI 3.18.3 verses OHI 3.19.1.

It is understood that to have JET UI access users should have 'ALL_API_ACCESS_ROLE' user role provisioned. In this case user has access to following user roles in OHI 3.18 and OHI 3.19:

ALL_API_ACCESS_ROLE
ALL_FUNCTIONS_ACCESS_ROLE
ALL_IP_ACCESS_ROLE
SETUP_ACCESS_ROLE

But when logged into JET UI, for 3.18.3.0.15, users can see Claims, Operations & Configuration Menus however, for 3.19.2.0.1, only Claims page is visible but no options to search any claims.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to JETUI with below access roles:

ALL_API_ACCESS_ROLE
ALL_FUNCTIONS_ACCESS_ROLE
ALL_IP_ACCESS_ROLE
SETUP_ACCESS_ROLE
