How To Fix SyncPDC Failing Error (Doc ID 2635126.1)

Goal

On :  11.2.0.0.0 version, Transformation for PDC

When starting syncPDC, it fails with below error in the console.



STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Installed Pricing Design Center (PDC) 11.2.0.0.0
2. Run startSyncPDC

Why is this error is coming and how to resolve it?
