When A 2nd User Execute A Shared Query in OHTR 3.3, "Oracle.jbo.RowInconsistentException" Error Occurs (Doc ID 2635446.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Healthcare Translational Research 3.3 version.

Two users shared a query execution from Cohort Explorer. The first user is able to run the query just fine. However when the 2nd user is executing the same query, the following error occurs.

ERROR

oracle.jbo.RowInconsistentException: Another user has changed the row with primary key oracle.jbo.Key[10000000087001 ].”


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

User1:
=====
1. Generate a Cohort Query.
2. Saved the Query. Ex: “OHTR Query”.
3. Shared the “OHTR Query” with User 2.

User2:
=====
1. Loads the “OHTR Query”.
2. Run the Query successfully.

User1:
=====
1. Runs the “OHTR Query”
2. The error “Another user has changed the row with primary key oracle.jbo.Key[10000000039562 ].[[
3. oracle.jbo.RowInconsistentException: Another user has changed the row with primary key oracle.jbo.Key[10000000039562 ].” Is thrown.
