ITEM.ESTIMATE_SOH_FOR_PACK Mismatch Between SIM Data Seed And RIB Integration (Doc ID 2635919.1)

Symptoms

When the SOH_INQUIRY_AT_PACK_IND is set for a pack item in Retail Merchandising System (RMS), MPS integration is incorrect where in the ESTIMATE_SOH_FOR_PACK column of the ITEM table in Retail Store Inventory Management (RSIM) is set to Yes.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a Pack Item in RMS with SOH_INQUIRY_AT_PACK_IND set to Yes
2. Let the ItemCRE message flow to SIM via the RIB
3. MPS Staged Message is processed
