Payin Amount Not Included in Counted Amount When ENTER is Pressed On Tender Count Screen (Doc ID 2637067.1)

Symptoms

Payin/Payout amount is not being included in the counted amount in the POS Summary Report when ENTER is pressed on tender count screen.


Steps to Reproduce:

Prerequisites:

  1. Blind Close set to No
  2. UPDATE AS_WS SET FL_RCNL_TL=1 WHERE ID_WS=<REGID>
  3. UPDATE AS_WS SET CD_CL_TL_CNT=2 ,CD_OPN_FLT_CNT=2 , CD_CL_FLT_CNT=2 WHERE ID_WS=<REGID>;
  4. Item 1234 from sample data

 

1. Go to DailyOps and Open Store, Register and Till

2. Perform one sale transaction.(Item: 1234 Amount: $10.53)

3. Perform one pay in transaction ($20).

4. Go to DailyOps and close and reconcile Till 129.

5. On Tender Count screen press next (without counting cash tender).

6. Close Register.

7. Check the Till and Register summary report.
