ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Automatic Policy Number BR does not work when a PART is using TYPE="FIELD".
When you are setting up the Automatic Policy Number BR with PARTs if one of them is of TYPE field, from the Policy Screen, it does not work.
When you have this situation OIPA will crash when you try and save a policy saying it cannot find the filed. If you use Value or Sequence it works as expected.
