Symptoms
PMDA Form-8 report (Device Form report) is unable to be generated with error dialog.
Error Message on Dialog:
Create Documentum COM object failed
Error Message in ARGUSVR2 log:
ORA-64203: Destination buffer too small to hold CLOB data after character set conversion.
