UIM: Problem Getting Specification From The Target Object. (Doc ID 2637289.1)

Symptoms

Intermittently, when restarting MS, POMS Session is getting created with the empty file name,

At the time of Starting:

*****PomsSessionCustomizer : Server Session name is  oracle.communications.inventoryfile:<Corelib path>/uim-entities.jar_default

java.lang.Exception: Stack trace

When trying to access any instance from UIM UI:

[OpaqueSpecBased] [INV-180007] Problem getting specification from the target object.
