Goal

ExternalId is NULL for few ChargeOfferings in Elastic Charging Engine (ECE), whereas Export and Import are successful in Pricing Design Center (PDC). Changeset status is also successful in PDC, still externalId is not getting synchronized to ECE. However, this issue is not observed during migration process.
