UDRs Never Run When Accessing Unifier From IE (Doc ID 2637665.1)

Symptoms

On : Unifier 19.10

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

When users attempt to run User Define Reports (UDRs), the process window comes up but a report is never generated. Users access Unifier using Internet Explorer (IE).  The reports do generate when Unifier is accessed using Firefox, Chrome, and Edge.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

The report should generate.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Unifier using IE
2. Navigate to either Company Workspace or a Shell > Reports < User Define
3. Attempt to run any report.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot run UDRs when accessing Unifier in IE.
