User Cannot Create A DFCO From The MCAD Screen (Doc ID 2637669.1)

Symptoms

On MCAD 3.5 and Agile PLM 9.3.5

The user is getting error message "Failed to update P1/P2/P2 attributes: The object violates the workflow criteria. Would you like to continue? #" appears when assigning a DFCO to a Design or when attempting to continue the save process after having done this in the Save Preview in MCAD

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. In MCAD connector, create a new design and save.
2. In MCAD, right mouse click over the design object box and select Assign Change.
3. Select a DFCO change type or continue to Save.
