Return To Vendor Reserve Inventory Is Not Cleared (Doc ID 2637776.1)

Symptoms


Return To Vendor (RTV) reserve inventory is not cleared in Retail Merchandising System (RMS) and Store Inventory Management (SIM).

RTV was created through SIM and the container was complete. RTV status is "5 - In Shipping" and the RTV reserve buckets are not cleared in SIM and in RMS. This has tied up the inventory at store.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a RTV shipment through RTV shipment screen.
  2. Create a container and add items to the container and Save.
  3. Dispatch the container.
  4. The container gets completed but the RTV status is still "In Shipping".
