Is it Required to Run Encrypt Utility When Creating a New Clone Instance (Doc ID 2637985.1)

Is it required to run the utility when cloning?

1. Exactly what password is expected?
2. Per documentation from from OFSAAI_Administration_Guide_8. not entering a password seems to be acceptable: "A prompt appears to enter keystore password and keypassword. If the keypassword is not given, then the system picks the keystorepassword as the keypassword."

Steps taken:

Cd $FIC_HOME/conf

:> cd $FIC_HOME/utility/EncryptC/bin
:> ./ -genkeystore
The FIC_HOME path (got from GlobalParameters) is null
The FIC_HOME path (got from Environment Variable) is /ofsaa/ofsaai
Security File Directory path is : /ofsaa/ofsaai/conf/

Enter Key Store password :

Enter Key password (Return if same as keystore password) :
File exists at /ofsaa/ofsaai/conf/AESCryptKey.ext password can't be null
  at com.sun.crypto.provider.JceKeyStore.engineSetKeyEntry(
  at OFSAAI.AESKeystore.generatekeystore(
  at OFSAAI.AESKeystore.main(
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NullPointerException
  at OFSAAI.AESKeystore.generatekeystore(
  at OFSAAI.AESKeystore.main(

:> ./ -genkey
Generate keystore with -genkeystore option
