Enhancement Request: Text Attachments Disappear After The Project Is Copied Or Imported From XER (Doc ID 2638235.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After copying a project or importing it from a XER, the Text Attachments added to the Gantt bars for the original project disappear from the newly copied/imported project.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

After copying a project or importing it from a XER, the Text Attachments added to the Gantt bars are correctly present in the newly copied/imported project.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log on Professional.
2. Open a project and view the Activities view.
3. Open the Gantt Chart and add some Text attachments.
4. Copy the project. Or export the project to XER then import it back.
5. It is observed that the Text attachments disappear from the newly copied project.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view the Text attachment in the copied or imported projects.
