Error: Exception Elisterror in Module PM.exe When Attempting to Log Into P6 Professional (Doc ID 2638334.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to login to P6 Professional after the program locked up and closed,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Exception EListError in module PM.exe at 0000000000121F32.
List index out of bounds (-1).

- P6 Pro closed out.
- Attempted to load P6 again and got the following.

EAccessViolation

AVAA0-3825-5


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login and work with an imported project
2. P6 Professional locks up and closes
3. Attempt to login and receive the exception.
4. Attempt to login again and receive the AVAA error.

Additional Symptom

When attempting to open projects in P6 Professional they receive the event code below and cannot open projects.

Error: 'LIOOB-0346-7 List index out of bounds (-1)

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to P6 Professional
2. Attempt to open a project.
3. Observe the reported event code.
