Unable to View Existing Coupon, How to Cancel It? (Doc ID 2638901.1)

When a user tries to view coupon in order to cancel via RMS UI, the application throws the NO_VIS_HIER_ITEM error:

"Due to your security group associations, you do not have access to item %s1."

Need to know what permission should be granted to a user to view the Coupon or, is there any way to expire the Coupon via backend (and consider updated information will be sent to store vi DIMP files next morning.)?
