Preprocessor Crashes When Reading an MP File That Contains a Line Longer Than 512 Characters (Doc ID 2639146.1)

Symptoms

On : 2.3.0.2.0 version, Web Workspace

When running the model build preprocessor on an mp file that contains a line that is longer than 512 characters, the preprocessor crashes.

The code that reads in the .mp file should not core dump. It should output an error and/or truncate the attribute data to whatever the limit is.
 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to run the preprocessor on a file with a line more than 512 character's long.
2. The preprocessor will core
