AG Service Bulk Report Transmit E2B Stuck (Doc ID 2640185.1)

The AG Service for Bulk Report Transmit E2B gets stuck intermittently.

It then needs to be killed to allow it to restart and continue processing.

When this issue occurs the process has a size of more than 2.5 GB Memory and checking SQL*Times it does not appear to be processing.

However at time of the issue the process is utilizing one CPU at 100%

After killing/restart it appears to then run without issues.

Run the AG service for Bulk Report Transmit E2B and monitor for hang/freeze/CPU increase.
