White Page Display When "Force To Black" is set On Microsoft Office Files

On AutoVue version 21.0.2 users are able to view Office documents with no issues but when they select the "Force to Black" option from Options --> Configure --> Under the "General" section the document goes completely white. This was tested in Ms Word .Doc and .Docx files and Ms Excel .xlsx files all with the same results.
Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open any Doc , Docx or Xlsx document in AutoVue
2. go into Options --> Configure --> Under the "General" section and select "Force to Black" option
3. Notice that the document goes completely White in AutoVue Applet.
