---------------
Not able to Terminate ODU4 on top of ODU4
When trying to enable ODU4 connectivity on top of ODU4 TDMFacility, facing the error - ""Index: 1, Size: 1" error Terminate ODU4 On Top Of ODU4"
1. Create an ODU4 connectivity. (This connectivity has utilized one ODU4 channel of OTU4 connectivity) Name - abc
2. abc connectivity's both connection point DI should have ODU4 child DI. (ODU4 Parent DI and ODU4 as Child DI)
3. Create abcd-ODU4 connectivity and try to used one channel of abc ODU4 connectivity.
The same is seen when trying to terminate ODU3e2 on top of ODU3e2, meaning when trying to terminate on connectivities with same rate code error is getting thrown.
