Digital SCADA symbols are not staying in a new position once moved

In 2.4.0.1, a new feature was added to NMS so that a user could move SCADA digital symbols in the viewer.
When a user moves a digital symbol and either logs out and back in again or opens a different new viewer the digital measurement is still showing in its original position and not the new place where it was moved too.

The system should save the position of the scada symbols

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to a system that has digital measurements configured.
  2. right click on a digital measurement, and choose move.
  3. Drag it to a different position.
  4. Start another viewer, and focus on the same device.
  5. It should show the updated location, but it does not.
