NMS Viewer Displaying Digital Symbols In Wrong Order

Symptoms
On : 2.4.0.1.0 version, Web Workspace
Digital symbols are not stacking in the order specified in the condition_rules table.
Digital symbol placement should be in the order of the GND symbol on top followed by REC and HLT, but in the viewer they are showing in the opposite order. I created all new symbols from scratch and they are still displaying in the opposite order.
The digital symbols should appear in the configured order.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Configured digital symbols to use layered symbols, with offsets for each position.
- Login to web workspace.
- Target to a device that has mutliple digital symbols.
- They should be shown in the positions they were configured.
However, they appear in the reverse order.
