Integrity Constraint Error Occurs when Clicking OK on the Create Contract Form (Doc ID 2641589.1)

Symptoms

After applying the <Patch 29758284> (RMS_16.0.2_CUMULATIVE_HF_MAY_2019_2) the Create Contract process fails with an integrity-constraint error.

Error: "An error occurred in the Database due to an integrity constraint violation. Please contact System Administrator"

Steps To Recreate:

  1. Login to Retail Merchandise System(RMS) and Navigate to Tasks >Orders > Contracts.
  2. Select  Create Contract.
  3. Select any information on the next screen.
  4. When user click “ok”, the above mentioned error is reported.
