OCMC Processes Fail

Symptoms
OCMC Processes started to fail, tried to restart the processes with limited success. Some servers start properly but others do not.
The OCMC server log has lot of errors related to OCMC's work manager. it showed some tasks was rejected due to EventBrokerException.
