Symptoms
Applying 5.2.0.60 Patch to an Oracle Clinical Reports Server, throws the below repeated messages in command prompt window :
" The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect . "
" The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect . "
" The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect . "
" The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect . "
" The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect . "
" The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect . "
" The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect . "
" The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect . "
" The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect . "
" The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect . "

Below is an example when file config_rs_oc5.2.0.60.bat was run as per Patch 5.2.0.60 Release Notes - 7.3.2.2 Apply the Patch to an Oracle Clinical Reports Server :
The following files may not copied on the path i.e %OPA_HOME%\config :
ocrel.properties , olsablankpdr.jar, olsapdr.jar and ojdbc.jar
Changes
No Changes.
On other environments same issue is not reproducible when patch is applied.
Therefore, from below 'Cause ' the defect was introduced .
