(Doc ID 2642080.1)
Last updated on APRIL 14, 2021
Applies to:
Oracle Retail Fiscal Management - Version 14.1.3.2 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
In scenarios with Transformed ITEMS, the system is not deducing the correct value to be used in the tax call.
The correct behavior for these kind of ITEMS is to send in the tax call the tag = '0'. That means 'fabricacao propria' for the Tax Engine (TW).
Overview about the ITEM foundation data.
- ITEM TYPE: 'Transformed Orderable' or 'Transformed Sellable'
- 'Transformed Orderable' -> ITEM_MASTER fields: ITEM_XFORM_IND = 'Y', ORDERABLE_IND = 'Y'.
- 'Transformed Sellable' -> ITEM_MASTER fields: ITEM_XFORM_IND = 'Y', SELLABLE_IND = 'Y'.
For both types above, in any transactions/operations that have tax call for the Tax Engine TW, the attribute 'isTransformedItem' should be sent with value '0' (fabricação propria).
