Reports Not Scheduling Automatically Once Scheduled Reports Are Deleted (Doc ID 2642241.1)

Symptoms

In our Argus instance we have configured the report scheduling and schedule check services and In Argus Console Report scheduling to run on middle tier services is checked.

When we are creating a case and locking it, Argus schedules the report Automatically. But in case we remove any of the scheduled report and close the case, Argus is not scheduling the deleted report again and is scheduling only when Auto-Schedule button is clicked manually.
