Object Migration Failing With Message - Failed : HTTP Error Code : 401 on Weblogic (Doc ID 2642249.1)

Symptoms

On OFSAAI 8.0.7.2.0, all object migration either run offline from command line or online from the User Interface (UI),  is failing with the error message :

ERROR

Transaction Status {"MESSAGE":"Exception has occured","STATUS":"Transaction failed"}
Exception occured java.lang.RuntimeException: Failed : HTTP error code : 401


Options Tried :
1. PARAMVALUE for HASHPASS in CONFIGURATION Table is 'FALSE'
2. Added the following line in WEBLOGIC/config.xml:


<enforce-valid-basic-auth-credentials>false</enforce-valid-basic-auth-credentials>

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run object migration from command line or from UI
